14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, must be provided.
How to Initiate a Return

Once your return is accepted, we will send you:
- A return shipping label.
- Instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receiving it. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@chacrys.com. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized products.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
- Sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
To exchange an item:
- Return the original item following the return process.
- Once your return is accepted, make a new purchase for the desired item.
This ensures the fastest way to receive your new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cancellation or return period for any reason, without justification.
Conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved:
- You will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
