Vogel triangle set

An equilateral triangle is a very simple geometric pattern, but its symbolism is very rich.
The Trinity can be perceived in many ways, such as the body, soul and spirit, the past, present and future, or the mother, father and child, and much more depending on its interpretation in different religions and beliefs.

One side of the Vogel triangle is polished to form a downward pointing triangle, which serves as the accommodating female side. The other side is polished to form an upward pointing triangle, serving as the active male side.

The two triangles make up a hexagram, which symbolizes the unity of opposites. In Hinduism it is also a mandala, which can be found at the entrance of Hindu temples in South India. The hexagram is also found in the center of the symbol of the vedic Anahata chakra, the heart chakra. Interestingly, there are three chakras above and below the heart chakra, thus it also represents a center. As a result of its shape and polishing, the Vogel crystal triangle is a very powerful balancing tool.
